Barb M. Barb was extremely helpful, the entire family agreed that we will not take another Disney trip without her. I cannot say enough good things about her and if I ever book a Disney vacation again or hear of anyone I know booking a Disney vacation, I will happily recommend Barb. She even booked a nighttime cruise for my husband and I to watch the Illuminations Fireworks and Laser Show from the water with her and her family while we were at Disney. Barb was quick to contact us when she learned that Disney was offering the meal package while were there and ended up saving us hundreds of dollars on meals. When I requested information about another theme park in the area, she sent me suggestions on who to call and a web site to visit. Like I said, I cannot say enough about the service Barb provided to us for our trip. She made the whole thing worthwhile!

Kim H. Kim has a wealth of knowledge, and gave us lots of inside tips to help our vacation run smoothly! She followed up several times when our resort didn't have exactly the correct reservation details and made sure everything was perfect. She even arranged to have balloons and a signed photo of Cinderella delivered to our room during our honeymoon! She really took the worry out of planning our vacation and did everything she could to make sure we had a wonderful time!

Kim H, Kim saved us valuable time by setting up our ground transportation to and from the airport everything went as smooth as glass. We saw others jammed into buses at the airport and delayed others from enjoying day 1 in Florida. We arrived at the Pop Century resort and had a great time taking photos and walking around plus the use of the pools. Our vacation planner was outstanding! Our medical needs for non smoking rooms and a king size bed for our one guest everything was great. We stayed at the best resort and had great rooms. We will always remember our 32nd Anniversary.

Kim H. - Added a very personal touch to all her dealings with us, so lacking by many business relationships it seems today, Our trip to WDW was even better than we imagined. Everything you had planned for us worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend the Port Orleans French Quarter for mature couples such as Charlotte and I, it seemed like an oasis when we returned after long days at the parks. Our only regret was we did not plan longer stay, next time, hopefully next Easter, we want to plan less time at parks and more time at a Disney Resort. ....."..we truly appreciated the work you did for us."

Linda W ALOHA ! I just wanted to drop you a note that our stay at the Polynesian resort was wonderful. Everybody from the chamber maids to the food servers to just everyone involved in running the resort made my families first trip to Disney world one we will never forget, we were treated like royalty. my 3 children weren't bored for a moment, however my wife and my feet are still hurting from the walking , but for some reason it is a good hurt, must be something magical. Again thank you ,and next time we come down we hope to stay at the Polynesian resort again. ALOHA !!!!!!!!!! :-)
