We would be happy to place a hold for 5 days to secure your vacation. There is a $300 per person deposit required to place a hold. You will have 5 business days to cancel, after that the deposit is non refundable.

Cancellations/Refunds
Changes to the vacation travel dates or changes to Guest names will be considered Cancellations. If you cancel, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees will be promptly refunded.
For bookings made more than 95 days from departure date, the $300 per person deposit is refundable until 5 days have passed since the booking or for bookings made within 95 days of departure, the cancellation fees assessed are as follows:
90 days or more prior to vacation start date: $300 per person
60-89 days prior to vacation start date: 25% of the total package price
30-59 days prior to vacation start date: 50% of the total package price
0-29 days or less prior to vacation start date: 100% of the total package price
No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after vacation commencement date. All appropriate refunds will be made directly to the Guests credit card account. For your peace of mind, we recommend the purchase of the Vacation Protection Plan.
Service Fees:
Changes to a reservation may result in a per guest service fee. Name changes are permitted with advanced notice and payment of a fee: reservations and package components are non-transferable.
Cancellation By Adventures by Disney:
Adventures by Disney reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time for any reason, such as if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of the Guests is judged to be compromised. In such case, refunds of payments received by Adventures by Disney shall constitute a full settlement. Neither we nor Adventures by Disney assume responsibility for any loss on account of non-refundable air tickets.
