Just for Teen Cruisers
Imagine a New York-style coffeehouse with music, games, large-screen TV, lounge area, coffee bar, and atmosphere to spare. It's called Common Grounds and teens ages 13 to 17 from around the world gather there because its their place to gather with No Adults and No Kids. Now, put it aboard the world's most magical ships, add their own Internet Cafe, shipboard programs like photography, movie making, poetry and all kinds of group fun and you've got something truly extraordinary -- a chance for your teenager to have a vacation every bit as wonderful as yours!
On Disney's Castaway Cay
There's the team challenge of actually designing, building and racing a (hopefully) seaworthy vessel. Plus beach events, shore excursions, sand volleyball and more, including the "Wild Side," a special adventure where they can snorkel, bike and kayak through remote parts of Disney's pritine island. Not enough activities for teenagers? On this cruise, it's a notion that just doesn't hold water.
Pools and Recreation
The Goofy Pool has a stage cover where a dance floor is erected on certain evenings and they even turn it into a stage for an unparalleled viewing experience under the stars! Snack bars abound on the pool decks and all the snacks are free!! You can also order just about any drink from the bars located by the pool areas.
Recreation is never something Disney has taken lightly. Everything is dressed to the nines, even if it's casual. The abundance of unique and entertaining things to do while on board will keep you busy for the whole trip. And while you can do many of the activities as a family, others are specific to family member(s). You'll find that breaking up is easy, and fun to do!
