Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas Construction: 03/05/07 - 04/30/09
The construction will occur in phases with an anticipated completion date of Spring 2009. During this time, guests will hear and/or see construction staff and equipment inside the resort as well as in the external areas of the property during the daytime hours.
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort
Martinique Quiet Pool: 01/05/09 - 01/30/09 - Martinique pool will be closed. Guests may use the other 5 village pools and the main pool.
Trinidad South Quiet Pool: 02/09/09 - 02/20/09 - Trinidad South pool will be closed. Guests may use the other 5 village pools and the main pool.
Disney's Contemporary Resort
Tennis Courts & Playground: 10/1/06 - 8/31/09
The tennis courts and playground are closed until further notice while work is being done in the area. Guests may use other Walt Disney World® courts, such as the Grand Floridian's courts, as an alternative.
North Garden Wing/Bay Lake Tower: 07/09/07 - 8/31/09
The North Garden wing area is closed to Guests while the new Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is being constructed. Guests will first be checking into this new Disney Vacation Club location 9/1/09.
Chef Mickey's - Modifying seating areas, Photo location, and adding Companion Restroom location: 6/2/08 - 2/27/09
Traffic flow changes will be made to Chef Mickey's entrance and a new seating area will be created. Chef Mickey's will remain open during this work.
Contemporary Feature Pool: 01/05/09 - 03/15/09
Bay Lake Pool will be available as well as Guests are allowed to utilize Nanea Volcano Pool and Pool Slide at Disney's
Polynesian Resort during this time.

For Guest enjoyment, the Courtyard pool (quiet pool) and kiddie pool will remain open. Guests may also utilitze the Nanea Volcano pool and pool slide at Disney’s Polynesian Resort during this time.
Disney's Old Key West Resort
Old Key West Village Pool Slide: 01/05/09 - 01/23/09
For Guest enjoyment, Old Key West Village Pool will continue to operate during this timeframe; only the Pool Slide will be closed. The other pools at Disney's Old Key West will also be open for enjoyment.

Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show: 01/13/09 - 01/17/09
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside
Alligator Bayou Quiet Pool: 02/23/09 - 03/06/09
Alligator Bayou Pool will be closed; guests may use the other resort quiet pools and the main pool.
Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort
Stormalong Bay Pool: 01/05/09 - 04/15/09
During this time, sections of the feature pool will be closed for refurbishment. Guests may continue to use the three leisure pools located throughout the resort. Additionally, the feature pool at Disney's BoardWalk Resort will be available for Guests who wish to have a slide as part of the pool experience.
