Disneyland E-Brochure

Overview:
Disneyland Park in Southern California is the original
theme park that started it all. Disneyland is, in our
opinion, the one and only theme park of it’s kind.
Disneyland "IS" the happiest place on earth (Or at
least in California). Disneyland is where magic and
memories abound for kids of all ages. Disneyland is
Walt Disney’s dream come true in California. A
magical place where children and adults alike can
enjoy more than 60 major Disneyland rides and
attractions, 50 shops, and 30 restaurants divided within Disneyland among eight uniquely themed
lands. Guests to Disneyland in California can sing and dance along with their favorite Disneyland characters during one of the many entertaining parades or marvel at Disneyland’s “Fantasmic!” special effects show starring the star of Disneyland, Mickey Mouse. This must-see show is presented nightly at Disneyland each summer and on weekends along the Rivers of America in Frontierland. In addition, be sure not to miss Disneyland’s Believe…There’s Magic in the Stars fireworks show presented each night during peak periods. Disneyland is open 365 days a year. For your convenience even pets can visit Disneyland but unfortunately must be left at the Disneyland kennel for a nominal fee. Location: Disneyland is located one block south of the I-5 Fwy at Harbor Blvd in Anaheim, (Disneyland) California.

Disneyland Attractions!
To help you make the most of your visit to Disneyland California, we have put together this informative reference guide to outline current Disneyland attractions that are sure to offer fun and adventure at Disneyland Park.

The Sub Lagoon

Finding Nemo Submarine
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage features extensively
enhanced versions of the original 1959 Disneyland
submarines in a brand new adventure. Submarine
voyagers go on an underwater expedition and discover
Nemo and his finned friends from the hit Disney?Pixar
animated film, Finding Nemo. Thanks to cutting-edge
imaging technology created by Walt Disney Imagineering,
Finding Nemo characters come to life right before guests'
eyes in the brilliantly-colored lagoon.  The submarine
vehicles are enhanced in a number of ways, including a
conversion from the diesel power of the 1950s to
environmentally friendly, fully electric power.

With new on-board audio, guests hear the sounds and voices of the underwater characters as they move alongside the submarine.  Sounds are synchronized to travel along with the figures using a four-channel, stereophonic sound system. Throughout the voyage, guests can eavesdrop on the exploits of favorite Finding Nemo characters like Dory, Marlin, Crush the turtle, Bruce the shark and, of course, Nemo.

After experiencing a sub-shaking volcanic eruption, the vessel dives alongside a breathtakingly beautiful coral reef where Marlin, Nemo and all their friends gather to celebrate the successful expedition.

In addition to the wonder of seeing Nemo and his friends swimming off the 2-D silver screen and into the 3-D lagoon environment, guests are immersed in astonishingly colorful environments. Walt  Disney Imagineering used recycled glass to provide a sparkling deep sea environment that also will last longer under water.
