Fantasyland

The place of fairy tales where dreams come true. It is home to some of Disney's favorite animated characters.

The Alpine village atmosphere here attracts kids of all ages. The magnificent Cinderella Castle serves as the focal point in the hub of the Magic Kingdom® Park. Inside the Castle on the second floor is Cinderella's Royal Table. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For lighter fare such as hot dogs, burgers, wrap sandwiches and salads, try the Pinocchio Village Haus. Scuttle's Landing, Enchanted Grove, Mrs. Potts' Cupboard and Little Big Top will offer cold treats.

Cinderella's Golden Carousel:
As you walk through the Cinderella Castle from Main Street USA and follow the strains of the organ playing your favorite Disney tunes, you'll find Cinderella's Golden Carousel. This carousel was originally featured in Olympic Park in Maplewood, New Jersey and was built by Italian woodcarvers in 1917.

Mickey's PhilharMagic
Will star Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck as well as Ariel from "The Little
Mermaid," Aladdin and Jasmine from "Aladdin" and Simba from "The
Lion King."  Disney characters animated in a way they've never before been
seen: Disney magic meets Disney music in a new 3-D film spectacular. Set
in the PhilharMagic Concert Hall, which replaces "Legend of the Lion
King" in Fantasyland, the eye-popping 3-D experience will unfold on one of
the largest screens ever created for a 3-D film, a 150-foot-wide canvas.
Complete with in-theater effects, the attraction will immerse guests in the
richly animated world of the Disney characters. FASTPASS

Dumbo the Flying Elephant:
Take a gentle flight with Dumbo and fly the skies over the Magic Kingdom®
Park. Sixteen gondolas of this adorable wide-eyed baby elephant with the
oversized ears carefully circle a small hot air balloon with Dumbo's friend,
Timothy Mouse atop it. Definitely not a thrill ride for the older set, it is still a
thrill for the younger children as is evident by the long lines for this popular
attraction. The lines are basically a result of the slow loading of this 2 minute
ride. Guests in wheelchairs must be able to transfer from their chairs in order
to ride.

It's a Small World:
Guests of the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort enjoy "it's
a small world," a gentle boat ride through whimsical scenes celebrating
the rich diversity of cultures across the globe. This classic Disney
attraction recently re-opened after getting an extreme makeover. Walt
Disney Imagineers have refreshed and enhanced the beloved attraction
to make it an even more enchanting experience where families can make
magical new memories together. In addition to the renovation work, the
celebrated "clockwork" art from famed Disney artist Mary Blair that dons
the facade of the original Disneyland attraction has been added to the
Walt Disney World attraction's main inner queue area. The attraction
first opened at the 1964 New York World's Fair, was soon after featured
at Disneyland in California and was an original attraction at the opening of Walt Disney World in 1971.

Mad Tea Party:
Those who like to spin will love Alice in Wonderland's Mad Tea Party. Guests
sit in oversized teacups and can spin to their heart's delight by turning the wheel
in the center of the cup.

TIP: Don't ride this too soon after eating! Check out the teapot in the middle during
the 2 minute spin, you'll see a little mouse popping his head up to check out the
action. It's not uncommon to see Alice herself and her friends Tweedle Dum and
Tweedle Dee out in front of the ride welcoming guests.

Peter Pan's Flight:
Sail in your own pirate ship to Neverland as the story unfolds from the bedroom at Wendy, Michael and John's home, over the twinkling lights of London. You can even see Big Ben and the London Bridge. The 3 minute trip culminates in Captain Hook, once again battling the crocodile. This flight is popular with all age groups and long lines are the norm. Guests in wheelchairs must be able to transfer from their chairs.
