Overview
Camping Disney-style! More than 700 acres of cypress and pine woods surround 784 Campsites of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. One of the highest-rated campgrounds, Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground offers unsurpassed facilities, gated security, privacy, and endless recreation. Disney's Fort Wilderness Campsites feature a paved driveway pad, picnic table, and charcoal grill. All sites have nearby air-conditioned comfort stations with private showers, ice dispensers, restrooms, laundry facilities, and a telephone. Each site has room for parking one vehicle beside your camping equipment. Campsites are available for monthly and weekly stays. Based on availability, sites for camping with your pet are also available. In addition, Creekside Meadows is available for group camping in a more primitive section of the campground. Groups require a minimum of 20 people. Creekside Meadows features a full comfort station, barbecue grills, fire pits, and recreational areas. Tents and cots are available to rent for use in Creekside Meadows.

Wilderness Cabins: Units can accommodate up to six (6) guests, plus
one infant under the age of three (in a crib). Cabins feature one-bedroom
with a double bed (optional bunk beds can be added), a separate living
room with a murphy bed, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven,
dining table that seats six, air conditioning, a full bathroom with hair
dryer, 27" color cable TV, VCR, telephone and daily housekeeping.
Each cabin also has an outdoor patio-deck with a picnic table, a private
charcoal grill and a paved driveway with parking for one vehicle.
Wilderness Cabins are approximately 504 square feet in size. Rooms
are available for guests with disabilities (subject to availability).

Premium Campsite
Hook your RV up to the newest, big-rig friendly campsite, featuring all of
the amenities water, electricity, sewer and cable, larger concrete pads,
upgraded picnic tables and grills as well as prime locations.

Preferred Hook-Up Campsite
Hook your RV up to a site that includes water, electricity, sewer and cable.

Full Hook-Up Campsite
Hook your RV up to a site that includes water, electricity and sewer.

Tent/Pop-Up Campsites: Each private campsite is bordered by lush
wilderness and features a paved driveway with parking for one vehicle,
picnic table and a private charcoal grill. All sites have nearby air-conditioned
comfort stations with restrooms, private showers, ice dispensers, laundry
facilities and a telephone. Select sites are available for pets at an
additional charge and must be reserved in advance. Campsite types
include: Standard, Partial Hookup, Full Hookup and Preferred RV and
tent sites.

Tent & Cot Rentals at Fort Wilderness Campgrounds
** Campsite in partial tent area must be reserved: pricing given to me from $36-69.00 per night
** Tents are 10 x 11 size (hold 4 adults or 6 children ( depending on size and age of children)
** No pets permitted in rental tent. There are kennels located on-site, and select campsites allow pets. 
** Tents rent for 30.00 per night, are set up by Disney’s CM’s ( require 24 hour notice of this being needed       to be done.)
** Cots are available : 5.00 per night per cot.  ( 24 hour notice required also to reserve and deliver to                campsite)

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is home to the popular
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review Dinner Show, a pioneer hoe-down
featuring plenty of audience participation. This spirited show offers an
all-you-can-eat menu of ribs, fried chicken, fiesta corn, baked beans,
strawberry shortcake, beer, wine, punch, soft drinks and teas. Advance
reservations are highly recommended.

There are several other dining locations on-site including Trail's End
Restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, buffet-style.
Crockett's Tavern is a full-service lounge with appetizers, and The Chuck Wagon (open during the campfire program) and Meadow Snack Bar (open seasonally at the Meadows Pool) serve up all kinds of goodies and snacks for guests to enjoy.

Childrens Activities:
Children will have plenty of activites to select from including a petting farm, hayrides, guided trail rides (ages 9 and older), campfire programs with Disney character visits, pony rides, nightly Disney movies and two game rooms. The themed water recreation area features two heated swimming pools and a white-sand beach. 

Adult & Childrens Activities:
Rent a bicycle and cruise around the bike paths located throughout the campground, rent a watercraft, go fishing, take a jog on a 2.3-mile trail, enjoy a game of volleyball, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard or tetherball. If that's still not enough recreation for you, then how about a horse ride? There are additional activities for you to take advantage of nearby, including: Nature trails, Chartered fishing excursions, Access to five Disney Championship Golf Courses, Access to Disney miniature golf courses,

Meadows Trading Post and Settlement Trading Post are themed
shops featuring movie rentals, groceries, sundries and Disney gifts.
If shopping on a larger scale is desired, you can hop aboard the
Walt Disney World® Transportation System for a visit to
Downtown Disney® Area, where you'll find a wide variety of specialty
shops! 

Transportation
Guests of the Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground can
take advantage of complimentary transportation to the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks via motor coach. Direct ferryboat service to Magic Kingdom® Park and selected Walt Disney World® Resorts is also offered. 

Carriage Rides at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground
A relaxing and intimate 30-minute carriage ride through Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.  Small carriage holds 2 adults and 1 child.  Larger carriage holds 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.  Advance reservations are suggested and may be made up to 60 days in advance by calling (407)-824-2734.  Carriages are available from 6 to 10 p.m. daily.  Pick up in front of Crockett's Tavern at Pioneer Hall.  The cost for a 30-minute ride is $30 (tax included) per person.

Wagon Rides at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground
Take an old-fashioned, horse-drawn wagon ride, which offers a 45-minute scenic tour around Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.  Wagon Rides depart at 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. nightly from the front of Pioneer Hall.  Fireworks Wagon Rides at 8:30 p.m. for the 9:00 p.m. fireworks at the Magic Kingdom Park (offers audio track for the show  subject to fireworks being held at the Magic Kingdom Park).  Price is $8.00 per adult and $4.00 per child (ages 3-9).  Children under 3 are complimentary.  Children ages 3-11 must be accompanied by an adult.  Reservations are not accepted.  Wagon Rides are on a first-come, first-served basis only.
