Individual Programs
Full-day, half-day, and individual treatments are available. Private treatment rooms, a couples' treatment room, and lounges. Both men's and women's locker rooms include sauna, whirlpool, and steam room. Full-day, half-day, and individual treatments are available. In-Room Service available in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa by appointment.
Facial Therapy:
A selection of treatments for Ladies, Gentlemen and Children are individually customized, using all natural, pure botanical products to purify, nourish and rejuvenate all skin types. Choose from Grand Floridian Deluxe, European Aromatherapy, Anti-Aging, Stress Recovery, Golfer's, Teenager's or My First Facial.
Massage Therapy:
Enjoy a classic Swedish, Sports, customized Aromatherapy Massage or a nurturing Mother To Be Massage. Couples' Massage, Reflexology and Shiatsu treatments also. Renew your zest for life with a Citrus Zest Therapies a combination of an aromatherapy massage as Floridian as it is Grand, using the signature ruby red grapefruit aromatherapy oil and reflexology to restore balance and relieve stress.
Water Therapy and Soaks:
Relieve tension with a soothing soak in the jacuzzi tubs, enjoy the therapeutic benefits of a Mustard Bath, Marine Algae Bath, Sports Bath or native Floridian Aromatherapy Bath.
Body Therapy:
A Signature treatment includes a Customized Aromatherapy Massage followed by a light body wrap to encourage the bioabsorption of healing essential oils inducing a state of Total Relaxation. Restore harmony and maximize therapeutic benefits with a detoxifying and mineralizing Marine Algae Body Masque, a hydrating Paraffin Body Masque, a restorative, cooling Sun Relief Wrap, Sea Salt Body Polish or an OPC Exfoliating and Detoxifying Body Masque.
Hand and Foot Treatments: Luxurious hand and foot care including Spa Manicures and Pedicures, Paraffin Treatments, Sports Pedicures and Soothing, Tired Legs Treatments!

Health and Fitness
Personal Training available by appointment. State of the art strength and cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, stairsteppers, stationary bicycles. Guest memberships on a Daily or Length of Stay basis, includes the use of sauna, jacuzzi and steam rooms. Health Club usage is included with any spa service. Hours 6:00 am until 9:00 pm daily.
Children Services
Designed for guests 12 years of age and younger to introduce the basics of good skincare and the benefits of creating a healthy lifestyle. Fun and educational treatments include My First Manicure, Pedicure and Facial. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during massage and body treatments.
