Privacy Policy
When you reserve or purchase travel through MouseTyme Vacations, we provide information about you to the airline, car rental agency, hotel, travel agency or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.
Terms and Conditions
Rates:
All rates are subject to change until package is paid in full. After package is paid in full, rate is subject to change due to imposition of taxes or other charges of governmental authorities. All rates are in U.S. dollars.
Booking Procedures
Package reservations are not accepted until confirmed by confirmation number.
Package features for all plans are subject to change and may be based on features available at time of arrival, not those in effect at time of booking. Documents will be delivered via express service for reservations made 14 days or less prior to arrival and will incur an additional $10 fee.
Payment Procedures:
We supply your information directly to Disney and your credit card is processed through Disney. Your credit card statement will show this charge being processed via Disney. All of our commissions are paid to us by Disney, thus you pay the same as though you booked your trip directly and we do not charge extra for your vacation,
At MouseTyme Vacations we do not have a cancellation fee beyond what Disney charges you to cancel your vacation.
A deposit is payable by major credit card, to secure your reservation on or before your courtesy hold expires. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the vacation type you choose. Your Personal Travel Consultant will provide information regarding the due date, and final payment date.
A DEPOSIT must be received with-in 14 days of the time of booking or the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The amount of the deposit is $200 per reservation of packages plus the price of any airfares which must be ticketed more than 45 days prior to departure.
Room Only Reservations: A deposit equal to one nights resorts stay plus tax. With the balance due upon check-in.
FINAL PAYMENT is due to Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc. 45 days prior to guest arrival. Bookings made 45 days or less prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
Travel documents are proof of final payment and, therefore, no confirmation/receipt will be sent to confirm final payment on the reservation.
Standard Disney World Cancellation and Change fees:
For a cancellation made 44 to 6 days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of $100 per package plus any cancellation fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers.
For a cancellation made 5 days or less prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of $200 per package plus any cancellation fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers. No refunds will be given to no-shows.
For a change made 44 days or less prior to arrival or that results in a rate change, there is a change fee of $50 per package plus any change fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers
For changes, the change fees must be paid in addition to any increase in rate resulting from the change.
In addition:
If your air travel has been ticketed, there will be an additional cancellation or change fee per ticket equal to the higher of (i) $125 and (ii) the cancellation or change fee assessed by the airline. Please note that (x) cancellation of a nonrefundable airfare results in a charge equal to the entire amount of the airfare and (y) cancellation of a refundable airfare must be made at least 1 business day prior to departure.
Travel insurance is nonrefundable once deposit has been received. Upon any cancellation, the charge for travel insurance will be added to the other applicable cancellation fees.
If you cancel, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees and other amounts owed, will be promptly refunded.
Change Procedure
Changes affecting outbound flights or first night's accommodations must be made at least 6 business days prior to arrival. All existing documents must be returned to Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc. via overnight delivery service and revised documents will be delivered express at an additional cost of $10.
Land portions of the booking cannot be cancelled without canceling the air reservations. Airlines/hotels/suppliers do not permit changes in certain situations.
Documents
Documents will be mailed to us 40 days prior to arrival (after receipt of final payment). Ww will check your documents for accuracy and contact you to arrange delivery to you. Persons who are requesting documents to be shipped to friends or family members outside the USA should so note. Any lost or misplaced documents will result in additional fees. Disney attraction tickets will be picked up by the guest at the hotel at check-in.
Refunds
No refunds will be made for unused admission tickets or features. Any refunds as a result of changes to the package must be requested in writing within 60 days after departure and will be assessed a $25 processing fee. All documents must be returned in order to process a refund. We reserve the right to make refunds in accordance with the method that payment was received.
No air refunds will be made after travel has commenced or if a flight is missed/delayed.
Attraction Tickets
Parks, restaurants, attractions and other recreation and entertainment are subject to change without notice and may close temporarily due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort. Ticket media is not valid for special or premium events or other activities which are separately priced.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is nonrefundable once deposit has been received. Upon any cancellation, the charge for travel insurance will be added to the other applicable cancellation fees.
General Conditions and Responsibility
Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc. shall at no time be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, injury, or damage caused or arising in connection with any transportation, hotel or other services or products of third parties provided through Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc., or as a result of acts of God, acts of Government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts, or any circumstance beyond its control.
Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc. reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain any guest as a participant in these packages at any time. If a package is cancelled by Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc., Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc. shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid to Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc
The terms and conditions of any transportation services provided by airlines shall be as represented by the airlines.
Name changes are not permitted; reservations and package components are non-transferable.
Terms and conditions are subject to change by Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc. without notice.
Reservation Information
All guests' full, legal names and children's ages are required at time of booking.
PLEASE NOTE: WALT DISNEY TRAVEL WILL NOT ALLOW US TO CHANGE SPOUSE NAMES, CHILD NAMES, LAST NAMES OR ANY OTHER NAME AFTER A RESERVATION IS MADE. WE MAKE A RESERVATION FOR EVERY QUOTE IN ORDER TO INSURE A COURTESY HOLD ON YOUR RESERVATION. UNFORTUNATELY, EXTRA CHARGES WILL OCCUR FOR NAME CHANGES PER THE WALT DISNEY TRAVEL COMPANY.
Air Itinerary
Flight schedules are not guaranteed. Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc. shall not be responsible for any airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or the airlines' failure to perform. Passengers are responsible for reconfirming all flights directly with the airlines. Seat assignments are not guaranteed. If seat selection is unavailable through the Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc., seats will be assigned at airport check-in. Juniors and children must fly with an adult on the same itinerary and reservation. At this time, a government-issued photo identification is required for all air passengers 18 years and older.
Voucher must be presented at the rental counter at the time of rental.
Renter must be at least 21 years of age, an underage fee of $25 per day will apply for renters 21 - 24 years and will be assessed at the rental counter.
Renter must present a valid driver's license and a major credit card in his or her name; other standard rental qualifications may apply. Cash customers are required to leave a deposit.
Car must be rented for a minimum of 2 consecutive 24-hour periods. Car rental includes unlimited mileage.
Drop off charges may apply if the vehicle is returned outside the state of Florida. Drop off charges may also apply if the vehicle is returned in Key West. Drop off charge is payable at the time of rental
Child restraint seats must be used for children up to age 5. Child restraint seats must be requested at the time of booking for an additional charge. Seat belts should be used by all passengers.
Additional days, Additional Driver Fee, Infant Seats, Collision Damage Waiver, Extended Protection and Carefree Personal Protection, optional refueling service and any other charges are extra.

MISCELLANEOUS
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is typically between 3 and 4 p.m. (some beach hotels have check-in after 4 p.m.), and check-out time is normally between 11 a.m. and 12 noon. (During peak periods, check-in may be delayed one to two hours due to high occupancy.) Most hotels will store luggage for guests arriving before check-in time and/or departing after check-out time.
Room Location:
Adjacent rooms, connecting rooms or specific room location and types of rooms or bedding are on a "request basis only" and are subject to availability at the time of check-in. These requests for specific room type or location may result in additional charges to be paid directly to the hotel.
Consumer Disclosure Notice
PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE. IT CONSTITUTES PART OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. CALL THE TRAVEL AGENCY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. MOST DISCOUNT FARES INVOLVE RESTRICTIONS. CHANGING CARRIERS OR FLIGHTS COULD RESULT IN THE AIRLINE DEMANDING AN INCREASED FARE. CHECK WITH THE AIRLINE OR THE TRAVEL AGENCY BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES.
MouseTyme Vacations (herein "Travel Agency") is acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS (identified on the accompanying documents) in selling travel-related accepting services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers' companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such supplier's rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travel Agency shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. however, we specifically recommend that U. S. Citizens traveling to Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean, do so with a valid U. S. Passport. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U. S. State Department, (202) 647-5225, or access the State-Department's on-line travel advisory service (www.state.gov/travel information/travel warnings). For medical information, call the U. S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), (404) 332-4559 or log on to www.cdc.gov./travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through this Travel Agency regarding travel insurance. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. The Travel Agent is not responsible for disruptions of any kind stemming from Year 2000-related problems, weather, or carrier or supplier logistical problems.
Jurisdiction and Miscellaneous
This Agreement is entered into in the State of New Hampshire and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, exclusive of its choice of law rules. Each party to this Agreement submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the County of Hillsborough, in the State of New Hampshire, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorney's fee.
Entire Agreement/Modification
This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between MouseTyme Vacations, its affiliates, successors and assigns, and you the user of www.mousetyme.com web site, for your use and enjoyment of this site, and supersedes any other written or oral agreement. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. MouseTyme Vacations failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
PASSPORT/VISA INFORMATION:
Proof of citizenship is always required for re-entry into the U.S. . In most instances a certified copy of your birth certificate and drivers license is sufficient. You will need a picture I.D. along with your birth certificate. If you are not a U.S. citizen please be sure you have the proper documents to enter the scheduled ports and return to the U.S. . More exotic itineraries may require visas, which the cruise lines will send paperwork when this is applicable. Proper proof of citizenship is your responsibility. Be sure to keep it with you and DO NOT pack it.
CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
Cancellation guidelines are set by the supplier- to avoid these penalties, please adhere to the dates they specify. If your deposit and/or subsequent payments were made by credit card your card will then receive a credit refund. Please allow 2 statement cycles for it to appear. If your payments were made by check or cash: upon your notification to our company that you wish to cancel your trip, all sums paid to MouseTyme Vacations will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the supplier with whom the services were arranged. MouseTyme Vacations has no cancellation fees.
ABOUT YOUR AIR SEA PROGRAM:
Your receipt confirms whether your reservation include the cruise line's air/sea package.
ADVANTAGES:
*The cost of your air travel can be much lower, because the cruise line can negotiate lower air fares and they subsidize the cost, so you can save money. *Cruise lines block of discounted tickets on a particular route make the average cost per ticket its guaranteed fare for that year on that route. Transfers between the airport and pier are included in your air/sea package, and a representative from the cruise line are on hand at the airport(either at the gate or baggage claim area) to assist you. * The responsibility for your air travel arrangements is that of the cruise line. If weather or other unexpected events delay your flight, the cruise line takes action to insure you get to the ship on time.
POSSIBLE DISADVANTAGES:
*You must use the routing,the airline, and the schedule arranged for you by the cruise line. Your routing may or may not include a stopover, change of planes, and /or an overnight flight, especially with coast-to-coast flights. ** You must depart and return to the same airport. **Once in a while, airs schedules necessitate an overnight stay at a hotel before or after the cruise. **We cannot advise you about your specific air flights until we are within a 25-30 days of departure. **The cruise line will not let you make any changes to your air after final payment has been made.
SPECIAL AIR REQUEST:
In most cases, deviations from the cruise line's scheduling cannot be made. If you must change the date of your flight or the city from which you depart, please let us know in writing immediately, and we will try to satisfy your request. The cruise line will charge you a fee for non international trips of $35.00-$50.00 per person plus if there are any additional air cost. International departures - the deviation fees start at $50.00 per person plus any additional air costs if any. Once your written request has been sent to the cruise line they will send a deviation conformation form to us within a 24-72 hour status which depending how close to sailing you are they will need a written approval within a 24-48 hour period back from you. In the event that this can not be done or that you deny the deviation the cruise line's offer (as long as they receive your written denial within the time allocated by the cruise line) they will not charge you the deviation fees. If they do not receive their request by the date given they will charge the fees event you have denied their offer. Any name changes due to spelling error after the 70 days before cruising or after documents have been issued, the cruise line will charge a service fee to reissue.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
The cruise lines impose penalty fees if cancellations are made, usually within 70 days of the cruise departure date. We highly recommend that you take advantage of the travel insurance offered
FINAL PAYMENT:
Please be sure that we receive your final payment on or before the due date shown on your cruise confirmation so that we can forward it to the cruise line promptly to ensure timely delivery of your travel documents. All names must be correct and if children are traveling we must have birth dates in before the final payment due date. Most cruise lines have a age restriction that you may sail as long as you are 21 or older. If anyone under the age of 21 is traveling in a cabin must have a person of 25 or older traveling in the cabin with them. Each cruise line has their own age guide lines please feel free to ask us if you have any questions.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Please check to be sure that our confirmation has the correct spelling of your names as they appear on your proof of citizenship. When we receive your documents from the cruise line, we will forward them to the address you have provided to us. Expect your documents to arrive approximately 10 to 14 days before your departure. Any changes to your documents after the final payment date will result is a service fee from the cruise line.
