Sponsorship Agreement
1. Please read the terms carefully before clicking on the "I Agree" button below. By clicking on "I Agree" you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it and agree to it.
We Offer:
- A banner (125X125) ad will be charged $25.00 per month. These banners are displayed on 10 website pages of your choice, with the exception of the index page & forums. Your business will be listed on a page we have designed for sponsors.
2 We require at least a 3-month pre-payment when you first sign on. Sponsors need to send us all of their information, and we will start setting up their ads; but nothing is actually changed on the server side until the day we receive payment. After the first 3 months we are flexible on a payment schedule (If you prefer to do a month-to-month).
3. We will set up the schedules for either the 1st or 15th of the month ... meaning, if a banner is added on the 4th, your contract date starts on the 1st of that same month. If a banner is added on the 20th, your contract date starts the 15th of that month.
4. Twenty(20) days before a contract's renewal date we will e-mail an invoice to the client. Your payment due date is listed on this invoice. We give clients a ten(10) day grace period. You have 30-days total from notice to get the payment to us. If payment isn't made by the due date (plus the 10-day grace period), your sponsorship on our pages will be terminated with no further notice!
6. We accept payment through PayPal (you must join paypal to use this option.) The e-mail address via Paypal for payment is Linda@mousetyme.com
