PUBLIC STUDIO OPERATING HOURS:
The Studio is open every day at 9 a.m. Closing hours are seasonal. Changes in hours are posted at the ticket windows and in the local newspaper whenever possible. Call Universal Studios main information number, (407) 363-8000, for daily operating hours
PARKING:
The Studio's state-of-the-art enclosed parking garage is complete with protection from the elements, a 200-camera security system, moving sidewalks, escalators and elevators, on-site wheelchair rental and an on-site kennel.
Daily parking for cars, vans and motorcycles is $6.00* per vehicle. Daily parking for RVs and trailers is $7.00* per vehicle. Vehicles can leave the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry and presenting their parking ticket. Valet parking is available for cars and vans at a charge of $12.00*. Follow the signs to valet parking.
ATTRACTION HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS:
At each ride location, signs post specific height requirements and warnings for certain medical conditions. Children must be able to sit upright unassisted on all rides. Guests under 40" tall may not experience Back To The Future The Ride® and must use the stationary seating at The Funtastic World of Hanna-BarberaTM.
All shows accommodate guests with disabilities. The outdoor-stage shows have reserved areas clearly marked by signs displaying the International Symbol of Accessibility.
ASSISTANCE FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES:
Guidebooks for guests with disabilities, Studio Scripts, complimentary staff interpreters and assistive listening devices are available for our deaf or hearing-impaired guests. Please contact Universal Studios Guest Services at (407) 224-6356 at least 72 hours before your visit to arrange an appointment.
For guests with hearing impairments, Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf (TDDs) are located at the Guest Services Office and Health Services. Pay telephones with amplification devices are located throughout the Studio.
All of our attraction queues are accessible to guests using wheelchairs (with the exception of Kongfrontation® and Back To The Future The Ride®), and we encourage you to use them. Each attraction will have specific accommodations for those using wheelchairs. The attraction attendant will familiarize you with the procedures necessary to enjoy the ride or show.
On each of our rides, if you are capable of transferring to the ride vehicle's standard seating (either by yourself or with the assistance of another person in your party) you may transfer. In addition, our Kongfrontation, Earthquake® -- The Big One, E.T. Adventure®, and JAWS® accommodate wheelchairs.

BANKING AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE:
The Studio has two on-site automated teller machines (ATMs). One is located at the Studio entrance to the right of the Guest Services window. The other is to the right of the turnstiles at the entrance to our on-site bank, the First Union National Bank. The bank also offers traveler's check cashing, cash advances from credit cards and currency exchanges. Bank hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. (Bank hours are subject to change.)
DRESS CODE:
Casual attire is most appropriate. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
PASSENGER DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP:
Guests can be dropped off and picked up at the Transportation Center located beneath the Rotunda of the Parking Structure. Just follow the signs to the Bus Parking and Guest Drop-Off Area upon entering the Studio from any entrance.
READMISSION POLICY:
For same-day readmission to the Studio, guests must have their hands stamped upon leaving the Studio at the exit turnstiles or at the exit to the Hard Rock Cafe®.
DINING ASSISTANCE:
For assistance with special dietary requirements, menus, dining suggestions or any other food and beverage information, please ask at the Universal Studios Guest Services Office, conveniently located inside the main entrance and to the right of the turnstiles. For your convenience, Studio Stars and Lombard's Landing restaurants accept reservations.
FILM & VIDEOTAPE:
Panasonic and Kodak videotape and Kodak film are available for purchase at most Universal Studios Florida merchandise outlets throughout the Studio.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE:
Foreign language maps (in French, Japanese, Spanish, German and Portuguese) and assistance for our non-English-speaking visitors are available at the Universal Studios Guest Services Office, located inside the main entrance and to the right of the turnstiles.
TRANSPORTATION:
Taxis, buses, limousines and shuttles to hotels and other area destinations are available outside the main entrance at the Transportation Center of the parking structure. For scheduling information, please check with the Universal Studios Guest Services Office.
