My southeast road trip was probably one of the best road trips I’ve ever had mainly because it’s my favorite place to be and not only that, I saved a great amount of money using Souteast US Rental Car Coupons. The slow paced environment is naturally relaxing and there’s nothing better than that. I rented the very sporty Chevrolet Corvette ZHZ from Hertz at the Orlando Internation Airport and started off at my house in Kissimmee Florida and began to make my way up to Georgia, I made a little pit stop in Pensacola to see one of my good friends in college, the University of West Florida is one of the nicest college campuses I’ve ever been to. After catching up with my good friend the next stop on my list was New Orleans . New Orleans has always been somewhere I’ve always wanted to go but never had the chance to go; it was almost exactly how it was described to me by everyone that has been there along with the beautiful scenery I had a fun time splashing around in Baton Rouge Blue Bayou Water Park where I enjoyed rides and slides until I couldn’t ride nor slide anymore. The point I was most interested in for this road trip was Nashville , Tennesee. I’ve heard so much about the place yet I’ve never been there I always thought it would be great to see where some of my favorite country singers like George Strait and Kenney Chesney started out. I finally arrived in Nashville and I must say it was not what I expected at all, it was 10 times better. If I didn’t have to be back I would have spent more time, if not my whole trip up there. Along with learning about the history of a popular genre of music I also got to feast upon some great southern food that "tasted just like momma made it" it's unbelievable how a little hole in the wall restaurant had better food than any of the high class restaurants I've ever been to. Heading back to Orlando I went through Georgia , it’s pretty much the same as Florida just a lot more hills and open roads. The trip back was a lot more relaxing than anywhere I've ever drove through, no traffic, no noise, and no distractions at all. I enjoyed every bit of this trip and if I had to do another one anytime soon I'd most likely re-do the southeast This road trip went by the fastest, mainly because I was having fun the entire time and it felt like I wasn’t too far from home.
